If your product is defective after receiving it, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location not including any purchases outside the USA. Please see below for a list of restrictions.

Items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional fees. If Promotional Free Shipping was included on your order, we will deduct that amount from any order returned. Orders returned after 10 days are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must have a (returned merchandise authorization) before they will be accepted back into our warehouse.
